• Our weekly Sunday services are times set aside for worshipping God through culturally relevant, and spiritually deep, teaching and music.
• During each month, we try to keep a balance of contemporary and tradition styles of worship, including a special segment for children.
• There is a chance to get to know each other better over tea and coffee after all services. We look forward to meeting you!
Keun-il brings a fresh breeze of Christianity with fun and laughter, wrapped up in an evangelical Biblical package.
• It's "back to business" at Dapto Uniting Church as far as pastoral care, worship, weddings, baptisms and more, as we actively seek to be "The Heart of Dapto".
• Your call to the Church Office, or your email to the Church Secretary, as set out on the CONTACT US page, will be answered and dealt with promptly.

Our current red brick building, St Andrew's, was officially opened and dedicated on February 7th, 1959. After much prayer and planning, construction work commenced in 1981 to attach new hall facilities to the existing church building. In 22nd June 1977, the Methodist and most Presbyterian and Congregational Churches merged to form what is known as the Uniting Church in Australia.
For many years, our Dapto Uniting family has faithfully sought to share the love of Jesus with our local community, through ministries such as our Op Shop, Messy Church and monthly Market Morning. It more recent times, it has been necessary to seriously rethink how we ‘do’ church in order to more effectively reach out to the people of Dapto in more relevant, innovative and creative ways. In 2005, our Dapto Uniting website was officially launched to coincide with our 40 Days of Purpose campaign.
The Basis of Union
Dapto Uniting is an evangelical, Bible-based Christian church. A
summary of our beliefs can read in the Basis of Union, a document which states the
central affirmations of the Christian faith that formed the foundation
of the formation of the Uniting Church on 22 June 1977.
Theological Position
It is widely known that the Uniting Church is a denomination with a
broad spectrum of theological positions amongst its member churches. It
is therefore necessary to clarify that Dapto Uniting holds to the
'conservative evangelical' end of the spectrum.
In keeping with our beliefs, our Congregation is a member of the Assembly of Confessing Congregations within the Uniting Church in Australia.
